Elite/ Avalon at Chase Oaks

Avalon at Chase Oaks is 326-unit community managed by Lincoln Property Company in Plano Texas. Our company started this project in March 2005 and work was complete approximately two months later. Stucco surfaces were coated with Sherwin Williams Elastomeric Coating. Wood trim and galvanized metal surfaces received one coat of Southwest Builders Summit Exterior Latex Flat. Industrial Gloss Enamel was used on the metal ironwork surfaces. The new color schemes have greatly enhanced this community.
