The Williamsburg Condominium Association contracted with Elite for complete exterior repair and painting renovation in March 2008. Wood replacement included siding and trim items to the resident buildings and carport structures. This also included concrete replacement to some of the second floor landing areas. New fresh applied paint colors have helped upgrade at this community.
