Lifescape Villas on Dublin is a 76-unit community located in Richardson, Texas. Elite started this project in March, 2011 and completed the job 3 months later. Work involved painting, wood replacement, stucco and carport repairs. Building walls that needed above 75% wood siding replacement were replaced complete with MaxiPlank fiber-cement siding. New paint colors were chosen to give the community an updated look.
