Jim Smith holds the designation of Certified Coatings Consultant from the National Decorating Products Association.

Jim started his career in the paint and coatings industry in March 1972 and was hired by Cook Paint Company as a Manager Trainee. During this decade, he worked as a Manager and Sales Representative for Cook, Mobile and Jones-Blair Paint Companies.

In 1978, Jim joined the Jones-Blair Paint Company as the Manager of the Oak Cliff branch. He was promoted in 1980 to the position of Sales Representative with a territory emphasis on apartment communities. During his tenure there, he was one of the first people in the coatings industry to begin writing exterior paint specifications for multi-family communities.

Our company hired Jim in February 1993, for the position of Sales Representative. Jim's vast experience in renovation projects for apartments, condominiums and townhomes make him a valuable asset in your decision to hire an experienced company with knowledgeable personnel to oversee your next project.
