Jim Smith

Jim got his start in the paint industry when he was hired in 1972 for the position of store manager trainee. For the next 20 years, Jim managed paint stores and was a architectural coatings sales representative from 1980 to 1993. During this time period his target market was the apartment property management firms. Starting in the early 1980’s, Jim was among the first in the paint industry to write exterior paint specifications for multi-family communities.

Our company hired Jim in February 1993, for the position of Sales Representative. Jim's vast experience in renovation projects for apartments, condominiums and townhomes make him a valuable asset in your decision to hire an experienced company with knowledgeable personnel to oversee your next project.

Jim Smith is an EPA Certified Renovator located in Dallas, Texas. This allows him to perform lead-safe renovation, repair and painting work in pre-1978 housing, where work will disturb lead-based paint. EPA’s Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule will become fully effective and enforceable on April 22, 2010.
