The new owner of this property wanted an exterior paint color update. Our company started this project in September 2002 and we were able to finish it three months later. We applied Sonneborn NP1 Waterproofing Sealant to some of the balcony decking surfaces. Pittsburgh Paint's Seal Grip Primer was used on grain cracked wood surfaces of the balcony fences. The community is located at 6700 Sandshell in Fort Worth.
