At the end of November 2002 work was completed at this 158 unit apartment community. New paint colors from Pittsburgh Paint were chosen to update the property. Over 1,800 square feet of soffit was replaced. Also, the patio fences received extensive wood replacement. The community is located in East Dallas at the southeast corner of Buckner Blvd. and Ferguson Rd.
